Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what you type into our forms, plus the technical data any website receives.
- Bulk quote requests: your name, work email, company, website, and the order details you enter.
- General questions: your name, email, organization if given, and your message.
- Technical data: your IP address, used only to block repeated or automated submissions.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your order. We don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
How it's stored
Form submissions are sent by email to askme@seahenstudio.com and kept in that mailbox for 12 months. The website doesn't keep a copy of your message. Records of form attempts are stored with a scrambled (hashed) IP address and deleted after 90 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. The contact page sets one cookie, seahen_session, to protect the forms. It's deleted when you close your browser.
Who else sees it
Our email and web hosting providers store data on our behalf. We share information with anyone else only if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email askme@seahenstudio.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
