We engrave a real sample. Once you approve it, the settings are locked.

The full run is made to match, packed and shipped from Seattle or Henderson.
Artwork
Send the cleanest file you have
The laser follows the lines in your file, so vector artwork gives the sharpest result. If you only have a logo image, send it anyway and we'll tell you what we need.
Workable
A large, high-resolution PNG with a clear background. We may need to redraw it as vector.
One colour
Engraving is one tone on the material, so we work from a single-colour version of your logo.
Your rights
Send only artwork you own or have permission to use, including a client's artwork if you're a reseller.

Name lists
For names, roles or numbers that change on every piece, send a spreadsheet.
- One row per piece, one column per line of text
- Check spelling and capitals: we engrave exactly what's in the sheet
- We proof the layout using your longest name
- Serial numbers can be generated in sequence for you

Packed for where it's going
Orders are shipped from Seattle or Henderson. Tell us whether it's going to an office, a warehouse or straight to a venue.

Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product and the material. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we'll say what's possible.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product, the quantity and how quickly the proof and sample are approved. Give us your date when you ask for a quote, and we'll tell you whether it works before you commit.
Can every piece be different?
Yes. Names, roles, dates and serial numbers can change on every piece in the same run. Send them in a spreadsheet, one row per piece.
What if my logo has very fine detail?
Laser engraving holds fine lines and small type well. If a detail is too small for a particular product, we'll show you on the proof and suggest an adjustment.
Can I see a real piece before the full run?
Yes. We engrave a sample for you to approve. Nothing goes to full production until you've signed it off.
Will a reorder match the first order?
Approved settings are kept on file with your proof, so a reorder starts from the same file and the same settings.
Where do orders ship from?
Seattle or Henderson, whichever suits the order and the delivery address.
